it was in a great location near the centre, the bell tower of santa teresa convent and the cerro rico. and it was relatively near pizzeria la torre, ate there couple of times.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions in town. The room I stayed in was quiet and comfortable, with a good mattress and warm bedding. Another great aspect was the hot water in the shower, perfect after a long day of exploring.
The staff seemed untrained and not very helpful. The rooms were also in need of maintenance, with some areas showing signs of wear and tear.

The building is nice and the rooms are large and silent with free WiFi internet access, private bathroom plus sofa. You can have bread, cereals, pastries, fruit, and eggs for breakfast.

My recent stay at a hotel in Potosi was quite pleasant. The room was nice and clean, and I especially appreciated the heating, which kept me warm during the chilly nights. The location was also great, as it was very central and convenient. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and excellent location.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. its location in the historical center allowed me to easily explore the city on foot. Secondly, the staff were very welcoming and attentive; they made me feel at home. Thirdly, my room was comfortable with a beautiful view over the roofs and I appreciated the hot shower. Lastly, the breakfast was simple but delicious, especially the strong coffee.
All was just fine, nothing noteworthy to complain about.

Everything there was good and the staff were nice. The room was reasonably spacious here with fridge and cable TV and spacious bathroom. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Plaza Principal. Furthermore, near main tourist sights.
Some of the staff were not very friendly.

Fine beds, quiet and exceptionally nice rooms. Free parking on site provided. Location short walk to the Cerro rico and the historical center and Potosí. Also, very close to the wonderful Santa Teresa Convent + Museum...
Quite small bathroom, terrible room.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Potosi! the location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the historical center with stunning views over the roofs. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive - the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had hot showers, which was a big plus. Lastly, the breakfast, although not perfect, was made up for with their delicious strong coffee.
All was well during my stay at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great location within the historical center. The room I stayed in was freshly renovated and had a spacious bathroom with a very good shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Señora Gris at the reception. The rooms had a charming view over the roofs and the hotel offered basic amenities like a big flatscreen TV and a heater that could be regulated for maximum comfort. The breakfast, although simple, had good strong coffee that helped kickstart my day.
Everything was just fine.

This hotel enjoys a great location in the heart of the city, close to all the interesting sights and attractions. Guests who stay here can look forward to being right by important places such as the convent of Santa Teresa and the mint. In terms of rooms, the bathroom and bedroom are reportedly clean and comfortable. Plus, the hotel offers a tasty breakfast with options like homemade breads, cereals, and juices.
Some aspects of the hotel's service leave something to be desired.
